Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your website or developing your web apps, you rarely have enough time to keep an eye on what’s going on with the VPS – if it’s under stress or if all the processes are running okay. With our Managed Services package, we’ll do that on your behalf. Your VPS will be added to a custom–made monitoring system and if ever there’s a sign of a trouble, our server admins will be notified momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server is not the simplest process on earth. You will either have to use some other server or your personal computer, alternatively assign some 3rd–party tool. We offer a much simpler and easier way with our Managed Services package. We will make a complete backup of your server every single week, so you never have to fear permanently losing any vital info. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup really quickly. All our backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly infinite set of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software packages. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services offer, which allows you to call for any of our experienced server admins to install any kind of software and to fix any trouble that you are experiencing with the VPS.

Our Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
